WOOT! WOOT! we are ready to rock! NEW PiYo class at Virtuous Prouctions located in the Pineapple Groove Arts District

SO excited! The NEW PiYo class is starting This Tuesday night, That is 9/20 at 6:00 - 6:45

What is PiYo you ask? PiYo ™ is a unique class; designed to build strength & gain flexibility that will also enhance agility and balance. PiYo is a Fusion; with moves taken from a faster pace Power Yoga, Strength & Core work, Pilates, HIT, and Sports Conditioning. It’s no wonder it’s becoming a hit - marketed towards those individuals looking for that quick (only 45 min!), intense workout that will make you sweat(heated room)!

My focus with the studio is to build a local dance community for teens and adults. Especially a studio that offers classes to adults that currently take dance or have taken dance in the past, miss it and enjoy dance so much that they would like to get back into it. Not only just to get a great workout, but because its truly something they enjoy to do for themselves.
